PHILIPPINES MALAYSIA SINGAPORE THAILAND TAIPEI SHANGHAI  Both Mr. Williams and Mr. Kane have extensive experience working investigative and security consulting matters in a number of Asia countries since 1984, both in their previous capacities as Special Agents with the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) and thereafter and commercially, while with Pinkerton (Asia) Ltd. In fact, Mr. Williams was the Vice President, Pinkerton (Asia) Ltd. from 1997 until he and Mr. Kane left Pinkerton to start their own firm in 2001. As Vice President for Pinkerton (Asia) Ltd., Mr. Williams continually worked investigative and security consulting matters within ten different Asia countries on a routine basis. In that capacity, he developed a wide array of investigative resources and contacts throughout the region which he recurringly calls on in support of OSI’s worldwide clients. In addition, Mr. Williams is the Asia Regional Coordinator for INTELNET and the World Association of Professional Investigators(WAPI), as well as a member of the World Association of Detectives(W.A.D.) which are world-wide networks of investigators and security consultants in more than 30 countries in Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle-East. Their members have extensive experience in law enforcement, intelligence and private security, with the majority being retired or former government agents from the highest echelons of both military and civilian agencies. Their extensive investigative and security consulting experience throughout Asia and knowledge of other investigators and detectives' skill sets and billing rates around the region, put them in a strong position to either personally handle, or supervise the conduct of your requirements around the Asia Region..
